Beautiful, but a bit chilly Sunday afternoon at the Dunlawton Bridge on the Halifax River, where these two boats caught my eye. Met some nice and interested people, quite a successful painting, fresh air, gulls squaking - all in all - a beautiful day! 4 colors plus white. 8x10, oil on masonite.

My first plein air for the year is my front yard. Two old oak trees and a palm. The light was hitting from the back and the autumn leaves were gloriously golden.
