Oil on canvas, 18x24. My response to 9/11. I saw this flag hanging outside a house in New Smyrna Beach, and thought it would be a nice tribute. From an artist at the wetcanvas forum: I like the twin palms. I like that they bother people. I look at them and see the images of the exploding towers and think it is a nice contrast to the flag and the sunny scene.
